Jotting Gems

A funny or joyful moment can be captured easily in a quick handwritten or emailed note to self (or others).  I call these Gems.  They get jotted down as soon as I am able to find the paper or the time… lest they whisp away in the trail of smiles and laughter in our wake, so quickly forgotten.  Reliving these brief moments colors in the story of a life – and brings more beauty into the world.
